Playing the game

Touchline Rivals is a fictional football management game for personal entertainment. Club finances, contracts, transfers and rewards are simulated and have no real-world monetary value. The current version does not provide betting, purchases or cash prizes.

Use the game lawfully. Do not interfere with its services, attempt unauthorised access to other people’s data, or use it to distribute malicious material.

Your career and device

Careers are saved in your browser on your device. You are responsible for access to your device and any backup files you export. A fictional manager name is sufficient; you do not need to enter your real name.

Keep backups of careers you want to retain. Clearing site data, private browsing, device loss, browser storage limits or software problems can remove saves. The game does not currently provide an account or cloud-save recovery service.

Game content

The game’s software, branding, artwork, music and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Permission to play does not transfer ownership of those materials. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their own licences.

Characters and sporting outcomes are fictional. The game does not claim endorsement by real clubs, leagues or football organisations.

Availability and changes

The game is under active development. Features, rules and balance may change, and interruptions or errors may occur. Continued availability, uninterrupted play and compatibility with every future version are not guaranteed.

Any updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. A future paid or online service may require additional terms before you use it.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not require you to waive those rights or submit to compulsory arbitration.

The Privacy Policy explains browser storage, gameplay diagnostics and website analytics. Reading that policy is not consent to any optional processing.
